It's an advantage to have somebody with litigation experience. Harbour are an additional resource my client can look to for expert guidance as to what to do in different situations.
Harbour has extensive experience in working with insolvency practitioners keen to use litigation funding to pursue assets, through claims, which can be used to pay creditors.
Our focus on the long term is of particular value to unpaid creditors. There are plenty of examples in our case study selection.
We can work with your existing legal team or recommend and introduce a team for you.
Please call Susan Dunn, Stephen O’Dowd or John Kingston or if you think you have a case which might be eligible for litigation funding. We’ll give you a quick assessment.
Harbour works with R3 and is a keen supporter of its campaign calling for insolvency litigation to be exempt from the Government’s proposed Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill which proposes ending recoverability of Conditional Fee Agreements (CFA) success fees and After the Event Insurance (ATE) insurance premia from the losing party in litigation.
