Types of cases we fund

We fund any case, in any industry sector, which has a potential damages or money outcome.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims relating to:

• breach of contract
• international arbitration
• Insolvency Act claims
• misrepresentation
• intellectual property and patents
• breach of fiduciary duty
• breach of trust
• professional negligence and
• tax and employment tribunal claims

The majority of our funded cases are for claimants. However there are situations where we will fund a defendant with a good counterclaim.

We don’t fund personal injury, divorce or defamation cases.

The critical issue in any case we review is that defendant has the clearly identifiable ability to satisfy the claim against it. Its assets must be located in a jurisdiction with a clear enforcement process.
