| What types of cases do we fund? |

We will fund any case which has a damages (or money) outcome. This can include, but is not limited to claims relating to:
We do not fund personal injury, divorce, or defamation cases, nor do we fund pure 'loss of opportunity' cases.
The critical issue in any case that we consider for funding is that the defendant has the clearly identifiable ability to satisfy the claim against it, with assets which are located in a jurisdiction where the enforcement process is clear. |
