Harbour to speak at three panels during IBA 2016 in Washington

Between 18 and 23 September 2016, the much anticipated International Bar Association’s Annual Conference will take place in Washington, DC. The international legal community continues to consider the IBA Conference as one of the events to attend given the excellent quality of the legal sessions, workshops and panels, and networking opportunities.

Susan Dunn, Head of Litigation Funding, has been invited to speak at three panels. Together with a host of other eminent international experts she will discuss:

  • “Modern litigation issues facing corporate counsels” on 19 September, 10.45 am -12.30 pm in Roosevelt 3, Exhibition Level
  • “Mediation, ADR, TPF a modern way to incentivise settlements?” on 20 September, 2.30 am – 5.30 pm in the Thurgood Marshall Ballroom South, Mezzanine Level
  • “Counsel fees and TPF in consumer class actions/collective redress’ 20 September, 4.15 am – 5.30 pm in Hoover, Mezzanine Level
