Peter Rees QC of 39 Essex practises as both counsel and arbitrator.
He was previously Legal Director of Royal Dutch Shell, Head of Global Dispute Resolution at Norton Rose and a litigation and arbitration partner at Debevoise and Plimpton. Peter has extensive experience of large scale and complex disputes in many industrial and commercial sectors and diverse jurisdictions. He is recognised as one of the worlds leading international disputes lawyers and is one of only a few solicitors to be appointed Queens Counsel.
