In an article for the Law Gazette this week, Rachel Rothwell considers the outlook for 2015 for the way litigation is funded. She looks at the upcoming decision in Coventry v Lawrence in February 2015 as well as what the year may hold for the ATE market.
For ATE, she predicts the market may shrink in 2015 after the bulge of pre-Jackson cases has subsided. In line with Harbour’s own experience, Rachel writes that the litigation funding market is continuing to grow and strengthen and will do so into 2015 and beyond.
