Mark King

Responsible for the management of Harbour’s investment portfolio of cases and for supporting the Chief Investment Officer in developing new markets and handling the most complex cases. In addition, Mark has specific origination expertise in complex fraud cases and multi-jurisdictional enforcement and asset recovery matters.

Mark is an experienced litigator with a broad base of high value relationships across leading international practices and has long familiarity with litigation funding.

With a career in private practice encompassing Clyde & Co in Dubai and Mayer Brown in London, Mark represented clients in various disputes, particularly in the construction and energy sectors.

Mark holds a BA from Lancaster University, and a Masters degree from Oxford University.
