Mark King

Responsible for the management of a portfolio of cases and for supporting the Chief Investment Officer in developing new markets and handling the most complex cases.

Mark is an experienced litigator with a broad base of high value relationships across leading international practices and has long familiarity with litigation funding.

With a career in private practice encompassing Clyde and Co in Dubai and Mayer Brown in London, Mark has particular experience in high value energy and construction disputes.

Mark holds a BA from Lancaster University, and a Masters degree from Oxford University.
