Tom Rotherham

Responsible for sourcing new investments and managing a wide portfolio of cases including fraud, competition, IP, banking and finance disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency and private commercial arbitration.

Tom has over 10 years’ experience in private practice disputes teams based in the City, acting for both claimants and defendants in high-profile disputes across a range of sectors and jurisdictions. Prior to joining Harbour, Tom was a senior associate at Travers Smith LLP.

Tom holds a LLB in Law from the University of Bristol.
